Heart Berries by Terese Marie Mailhot
2.0
There were a couple moments where this book had potential to be something good but unfortunately it was wasted going on and on about the author's deeply toxic romantic relationship. I came away from this book feeling like I know more about this mediocre (to put it nicely) man's life than the author and it's so frustrating.
This book felt like a nicely written diary. The prose was very nice, but I don't care that much about a stranger's relationship problems. I want to give this book one star but it feels mean to do that to a memoir.
