Devastating, achingly beautiful, dark, humorous and incredibly epic. Not to mention THE ART? Those illustrations scattered in the book honestly made the book come alive. It was MAGICAL.
Empire of the Vampire is everything I have ever wanted in a book about vampires.
Not only were the characters so incredibly well written, the pacing was also spot-on.
I cried, I laughed and got chills every time Gabriel fought. This book was near perfect.
I need the second instalment NOW. My heart can’t take it
