I have so many thoughts about Demon's Dream. First, let me say I liked the story. First, we have Dream, who comes from an influential family, and when her brother fucks up, she takes it upon herself to fix his fuck up and, as a result, has to belong to Damien "Demon" Montana for a month.
Dream and Demon's back-and-forth banter is funny when Demon is talking. Sometimes, the conversation falls flat because of who Demon is supposed to be. Many characters were introduced very abruptly, which almost turned me off from reading this, but I pushed on, and I'm glad I did. The spicy scenes were steamy, and you can tell the exact moment Demon fell in love with Dream.
My biggest gripes are the banter falling flat, the number of characters and how they got introduced, and how fast specific plot points come into place without it being set up in a way where it makes sense.
