I was pretty disappointed. I had expected more from this series because of how good the giver is! It seems to me like Lowry got distracted? The rest of the series just doesn’t fit into the world of the giver very well. This book could have picked up loose ends but instead it seemed even more distracted and introduced more characters that I never get to care about or get a resolution for. And man the final fight scene is lame.
