In the Bible it says this (Ephesians 4:15-16) "Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From Him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work."
That's how I feel about this book. That it is a beautiful work from someone striving to "speak Truth in Love". So often in our culture today we, Christians, are very good at speaking Truth, or rather at yelling it at the top of our lungs, without any Love attached. John Mark does an excellent job of speaking Biblical truth in a loving way to Christians and nonChristians alike. You might not agree with what is presented, but I don't think you'll walk away thinking you are hated.
