i give it 1 star for the fact that i needed a refresher of the first book lowkey but like that book was NOT needed. it was just the first over again and i feel like his retelling should have been its own OPTIONAL book not force you to basically re-read the entire first book with no added info for the maybe 50 pages of information critical to the plot for the next book.

also cas is a goddamn cat shifter?! wtf
