**Book Review: Tower of Dawn (Throne of Glass Series)** 🌟🌟🌟1/2
I just finished reading *Tower of Dawn*, and it was an epic journey! The beginning was a bit slow, but I really enjoyed watching Yrene and Chaol develop throughout the story. It was interesting to see how their relationships intertwined with Nesryn and Sartaq. I was initially worried about Nesryn becoming a bitter ex, but I’m really glad Sarah J. Maas didn’t take that route.
Speaking of Sartaq, he quickly became one of my favorite characters! His personality struck a chord with me, and I loved his dynamic with the others. However, the whole battle for an army from the Khagan felt a bit frustrating. The fact that Yrene had to go through so much just to get their help—especially after witnessing the Valg’s true manifestation—was pretty vexing.
Overall, I rated this book 3.75 stars. While I loved the rich world-building and gaining insight into new lands, some parts felt a little dragged out. Still, it was an enjoyable read, and I can’t wait to see how everything unfolds in the next book!
