As someone who has deeply struggled with my mental health, sh and suicidal idiolation this book was super triggering. I loved it but I found the ending very unsettling and I don't think it should have ended that way. The authors aversion to therapy herself reads into her characters and I worry the effects a message like this might have on people mentally vulnerable
