A novel that is considered a classic for good reason. It's well written, in an odd format. Comprising of several narrators in the form of journals, diaries, and memorandums; the story follows the journey of a dark force leaving his home country to find new victims in England, before being chased back to where it all began. I really enjoyed this book. I will say the text is repetitive and superfluous at times, but I think much of it is symbolic and self-reflective. I'd say it's very much worth a read for fans of horror.
