Unlike most self help books, I felt that the author made a point to remind the reader that they are human, not superhuman, and that’s just fine. There will be mistakes, but there is a way to approach these mistakes and still improve in the areas that you want, or how to learn from those mistakes - ‘are you trying to do too much, is this goal/habit truly something you want, is it sustainable?’ Etc. It also gets straight to the point, there are chapter summaries, and downloadable templates to help. While most self help books tend to ramble and leave me feeling confused, this book sets out a goal each chapter, discusses it, brings in real life anecdotes to help you understand it, gives chapter summaries, and then the option to download templates. Organized and concise.

There is a lot of mention of weight loss and weight management in general, which should be considered before reading.
