Wow. This was so creepy and uncomfortable. By the end of this I was so sad and mad and even more confused. This is something I NEED to reread and annotate to make sense of everything. I thoroughly enjoyed (if that's even the right word) my time reading this book.
'We Used to Live Here' was unnerving in the best possible way and will be something I'm forever thinking about. Without going into spoilers, this book combines some of my favourite and least favourite (i.e. the things that scare me most) tropes/ genres/ plot lines in horror.
This left me with more questions than answers, but I loved every second of it.
