After being burned during her freshman year, Grace isn't going to make it easy for Logan to get her back.

This one was cute. I didn't love it as much as the first one, nor did I feel as invested in their relationship. I think it's because I didn't feel as strong of a chemistry between them. I wish we had gone more on depth into Grace's background. I feel like we got a lot of character development with Logan and little with Grace.

Logan puts up a cocky front, but deep down he is insecure and scared for his future. He grew up in with an alcoholic father and knows that his life for a few years after college is going to be dedicated to taking care of him, so he is living it up while he can. I love the changes we see in him theoughithe book as he realizes what kind of man he wants to be and what kind of life he truly wants.

I found Grace to be kind of annoying at the start. She was VERY naive when it came to her "relationship" with Logan in freshman year. Logan did the right thing by walking away when he felt like he was getting in too deep while he was in such a bad place mentally. I respect the decision not to lead Grace on, especially since it would have been her first time. Of course she has the right to be hurt and upset, but GIRL... Come on!

I liked how their positions kind of flipped... Grace became the confident one where as Logan was a little lost. I think this helped us see a softer side of Logan. Her 6 item list was hilarious and his grovelling, though cringy, was pretty top notch.

Her friend Ramona was the worst. I am glad that Grace grew a backbone and  set some boundaries and space between them. She was basically Ramona's babysitter and one woman clean up crew. She walked all over Grace and disrespected her... I don't care how long you have been "friends", she is a user.

The ending was wrapped up to quickly and clean for me. Its like all of a sudden a miracle happens and his dad does and about face. I needed more.

Tropes: second chance, hockey, opposites attract, reformed playboy, found family
