Loved this so much that I wish there were more books in this series just so I could experience more of this world. Atwater wrote a fantasy series that's easy to access and delightfully inclusive and feminist. This got bad reviews elsewhere so I almost didn't read it, but I'm so glad I did -- seems like people didn't like
that the main character pursued a queer relationship
. What a nonsense reason to give a book a bad review. This was delightful.
