Knife: Meditations After an Attempted Murder
by Salman Rushdie
If I wasn't reading this for a Book Club, DNF. Absolutely hated this.
So many references to other literary pieces that I just couldn't care less about. I also feel that Salman was painting himself as a "hero" in all of this but failing to truly go into the controversy surounding The Satanic Verses that made his attacker and a large group of people hate him.
