Sixth in the Ranger's Apprentice action fantasy adventure for middle-grade readers and revolving around Will Treaty (it's #5 in publication order).

Argh…Flanagan's done it again! Do not attempt to read this book without The Siege of Macindaw, 7 (6 in publishing order), close at hand!

A great story which makes use of Will's life-long skills and brings his particular friends into the fray. While demonstrating Will's skill at judgments, the story creates a nice bit of tension for Will, experiencing the other side of life from his Ranger one and providing yet another catastrophe-in-the-making. Only half of which is resolved before the story stops. Again, argh…
