You'd Be Home Now by Kathleen Glasgow
5.0
Wow. This book has left me almost speechless. I felt so many emotions reading this book. It was absolutely a 5 star read for me. I loved it. I'm pretty sure I felt every emotion reading this. The writing and the characters were done so well that it truly felt real. I could really relate to Emory and a lot of the things she went through. Feeling unnoticed and being left out. Suffering flashbacks from a car accident and thinking of all of the what-ifs. The trauma of someone close to you going through an extremely difficult time and feeling helpless about it. Kathleen Glasgow really wrote such heartbreaking truth that it hurt to read but yet you know you had to. This book is absolutely something that I think everyone should read at least once in their life.
