I love Katy Regnery, and not just the fairy tale series- all of her books have been fabulous. She tells beautiful stories that make you feel happy inside. while there is angst, yes- all good stories have them, i always know i can count on her for a happily ever after- especially in her fairy tale series.
Dark Sexy Knight has been my favorite in the series, up there with Never Let You go, which was my number one. I loved the storyline, the characters- every single thing about it.
Colton Lane is a dinner theater knight- he is out recruiting at a job fair when his eyes are drawn to Verity Gwynn and her brother lumbering around trying to find a job. Verity HAS to find a job, it is a matter of life and death- she needs to be able to support her and her brother, who is special needs. I loved Ryan- he was a fabulous character and the way Katy portrayed him was fantastic.
After getting to know each other, Colt and Verity have a very strong bond- but Colt does have some secrets that will either tear them apart or draw them closer together.
Katy has such a powerful way with words, i absolutely loved this book. And everything in it.
