Good story but a little much
I did enjoy the story and all the characters and the growth they had but it was a hard read for me. There was a lot.of extra words that I feel detracted from the story and made it hard to stay engaged even though I enjoyed the book. I'm not sure if I will read the other books right away but I might check out the second one just to see if it is an easier read.
