This book was too boring for me at first and the process was very slow. I really couldn't continue the book and I wanted to throw the book away. Nothing exciting happened at the beginning and it was hard to continue the book. There were too many characters and it was hard for me to remember them and their roles. Sometimes I mixed them up and forgot who they were. But I really liked the worldbuilding of the story and its dark aesthetics.
The dark and cruel world and the customs of the story were very interesting.
But I didn't like the characters at all. And of course romance. It was unbearable and I couldn't understand it.
I think my favorite queen so far is Arsinoe. But I also like Katharine and I'm waiting for a great development for her.
