I’m sorry but compared to the first 3 books, this was not good. It has the opposite tropes that we’re used to: second chance, insta love,
unexpected pregnancy
. The pacing also felt jagged at points. There were a few moments that had me thinking “time and place😒😒”. The redeeming factor is that Dante is kinky daddy material. 
This book does have a lot of plot that will affect the future books so you have to deal with Dante and Simone’s emotional turmoil for this one.
