In the beginning, I was a bit lost with all the information being thrown at me but as soon as I caught up everything made more sense (literally forgot to reference the glossary until the final chapters like an idiot). It was a fun and dark read. I would def check out TW for this book just in case because it is rather dark.
The characters were interesting and grew on you. Some of them feeling like my own children. It's refreshing to also feel conflicted by some of the characters es[ecially if you're a sucker for morally grey characters. My heart was broken toward the end due to the loss of said characters. I enjoyed the mystery and world-building. I'm def interested to find out what happens next!
