I’m going to start this by saying: Thank you. Thank you H.D. Carlton for writing this, for making this amazing book.
Keep in mind that this a dark romance. And I can fully say that it really delivered the dark romance. This book had me always nervous, tense, excited, anxious; like all the feels. And I fucking loved it. The tension, banter, angst, everything between Adeline and Z is just lovely. One of my best and favorite reads this year.
