Beautifully written. I have so much admiration for Dr. Eger. She shares her story of growing up during WWII and being imprisoned at Auschwitz. Her outlook on life is so positive, and she believes how we live is based on the choices that we make. If you want to live a more positive life, make positive decisions. Forgive, move on, express yourself when needed, and overall you'll be a more content person.
