what a horrible book, I want to erase it from my memory. it had a good premise but the execution was fatal.
Jake is the worst of the worst, I don't remember hating a main character as much as I hate him, I just couldn't stand him! All he did throughout the book was yell at olivia when she just wanted to help. I was really bothered by his behavior, actually, everything about him bothered me. but do you know what the worst thing about the whole thing is? Olivia always ended up apologizing. if you asked me this seems very much like a toxic relationship.
