The Burning Maze by Rick Riordan

4.0

2020 review:
Personally I found this book to be some of Rick Riordan's best work since the original Percy Jackson series. It feels darker than the other books in this series, and the plot feels a lot more interesting and dynamic than the usual quests he sends his character on.

(All of that being said, I genuinely don't know if i can ever forgive Rick for what he did in this book. Why did he think that was acceptable?)
