this was a weird one to listen to on audiobook, I had to check out the ebook to understand the format about halfway through before finishing.
I liked that there was a small ensemble of people the narrator interacts with that we keep coming back to and relationships develop. sometimes books which exist mostly in the narrator's head become closer to anthologies of conversations.
This reads so much like a memoir for maybe 75% of it. It was strange that this was fictional yet was so realistically mundane to the point i think it would get more across if it had a little bit of fun. Only towards the end did I feel that the narration was doing more than the average person's diary would.
