This book gave a whole new perspective to why we saw what we did on the show. Hearing Leah speak at length to the trauma she has overcome was healing to my own journey. I recommend any fan of the show read this book. From a technical standpoint the way Leah presents key moments in her life, is perfect she does skip around but you get the context right when you need to understand what is going on.
