frauagata 's review for:
Sophie's World
by Jostein Gaarder
slow-paced
Technically, that was dnf, but I read over 300 pages and invested too much time to mark it as dnf. I enjoyed first chapters where the philosophy course was done through letters between a girl and professor. Then the story went south. The plot was akward and extremely boring. If you want to start this book to learn philosophy, you will be disappointed. Around 3/4 of the book, this is unbearable.
