The Day Tripper by James Goodhand is a wonderful read, serving time travel, a love story, and conflict. The story centers around Alex Dean, who has it all in 1995, but everything changes one day at the Thames River. From there, he realizes that his life has changed dramatically. Can he fix everything that has become a mess?
Overall, this was a delightful read. I will say that listening to it on audiobook made it slightly confusing at first; however, it was easy to come back to what was happening. I really enjoyed this read. The writing is eloquent and exciting, and the pace kept me interested, wanting to read more the whole way through. Alex sure does have an exciting life.
