The Stranger by Albert Camus

4.0

I read this for my religion class called Faith and Doubt in the Modern World. It honestly made me quite anxious and the perspective of Meursault both baffled and scared me. It proposed the idea that nothing matters, everything is inevitable, which is terrifying and freeing at the same time. Not sure how I feel about that lol. But it was definitely compelling, well-written, and made me think for sure.
