A collection of the color walk art done by Eiichiro Oda, this is primarily all art pieces with snippets of author commentary in-between chapters. I liked the Early Days which includes his old drawings of pirates. You can see similarities in character design with a gun slinger proto Zolo, mecha-armed Nami with a battle axe and Chopper as a tall, limber swordsman on traditional geta sandals (and an immensely wide spread pair of antlers). My favorite were the Monochrome Talk interviews at the end with other authors Akira Toriyama, half of the duo Fujiko Fujio (Motoo Abiko), and Yoshitaka Amano.
