I picked this book up after seeing a TikTok and what a great recommendation that was. For lovers of Labyrinth and Beauty and the Beast, this book will be difficult to put down. It takes some of the best elements of these children’s tales and elevates the story to an adult novel. I would (and will) re-read and I cannot wait for book 2.
