This book was hilarious. The humor was raw and original. I feel like there were some plot aspects of the book that could've been expanded on. I could see this as part of a duology or something. To keep it as just a stand alone novella these plot aspects could've been removed. This should've taken the book down to a 3.5 star for the lacking craft aspects but the overall humor, characters and dialogue encouraged me to keep this at a 4 star read.

<spoilers>
As a zombie book I'm a big believer that the each zombie media must contain a change or original element to the zombie/apocalypse situation. In this novella's case most of the zombie's are not actually zombies but people who have some sort of psychological break that makes them think they're turning into zombies. This was a dark humour aspect to this traditional zombie story that had elements of realism to it.

Overall, this was a exciting and funny short story. It would be a perfect weekend or Friday night read.
