Passion Project by London Sperry
4.5

This was a delicious friends to lovers summer romp that is for the lover girls in their sad girl summer era. This romance discusses how you find love after loss, and how you find yourself again, your passion. I loved getting to see Bennet and Henry, two messy, broken people, as most of us are, find such a true friendship, deep connection, and eventually love. Their chemistry was alight from the very first interaction! Henry had me giggling and kicking my feet on many occasions. I loved the idea of the Passion Project as well, going out and trying a new thing every week! It was so beautiful to see Bennet find her chosen family in NYC and create this beautiful, yet imperfect life for herself. I related to Bennet’s worries and anxieties SO MUCH, and seeing someone with those anxieties find love feels like therapy, I love it so much. Overall, I highly recommend this book!! I think it would also make a great movie!!
