Private London by James Patterson
3.0
While Patterson novels are easy to read, some of them are hard as hell to take seriously. While the first PRIVATE novel was a bit dark, LONDON is like a MISSION IMPOSSIBLE movie (and there’s a reason why they are movies instead of books). The twists were clever, I must admit, but the main character thought things that he should have kept to himself, and is quite the narcissist (although you could feel bad for him when his daughter-in-law—?—was injured).
