This is bittersweet but oh so lovely! I've loved the series so much and this is no exception. I loved the couple, both our leads are very interesting and work well together and the chemistry was well executed. I am sad that this is the last book in the series but hopefully we will get more from Evie Dunmore because her writing in this genre was fantastic and theses stories were so engaging I could hardly put the books down. Also my reading of Catriona is that she might be autistic which I felt seen by. It was really nice to see that represented and to see parts of myself in this character. This was amazing and now I want to do a re-read of the whole series. I do think my enjoyment was affected knowing this was the end because I just wanted more of these wonderful romances. Such a lovely read and a great series. Highly recommend if you are into historical romances.
