I have heard about this book for years but never picked it up until now. I loved it and will definitely use it in my classroom. Jack's story is beautifully written and makes poetry approachable, fun, and poignant, and I think even hardened high schoolers who claim to hate poetry will find meaning and beauty in this wonderful work of art.
