I’m so happy that it’s over! This book was OBNOXIOUS and I almost DNF’d less than 2 hours into the audiobook and it wasn’t because of the narrators. The girlies who said this book was it, lied….again 🙄. I read a couple of comments that said it got better midway and that the other books were much better so I decided to push through. I also considered that this may be a debut novel for the author (I  should’ve fact checked that). I cussed at the Zahra and Rowan so much throughout this book it’s not even funny. There was subpar chemistry and the ending had me rolling my eyes at how ridiculous it was. I guess the only redeeming part was midway when they actually spent time together and talked about real stuff. Also, because this took place at an amusement park, it reminded me of a drama I saw last year called My Love Patzzi so I was able to rewatch that (highlight of the entire read). I’ll also say that there were some funny moments (that’s where the .5 ⭐️ comes in). I’ll try the 2nd book and see if that is better.
