Yes, it's a bit like [b:Anxiety is Really Strange|36005028|Anxiety is Really Strange|Steve Haines|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1512795340l/36005028._SX50_.jpg|57573632] in that it's not super indepth, but I found it more informative than a lot of surface-level things about trauma tend to be. It shows how trauma is a physical response, as well as mental and emotional.
