Ball & Chain

Not my favorite or the best.
1. I just want to know if the whole plan was put into motion after Ty and Zane agreed to go to the wedding or before because de la vega set this up a couple months in advance, but they decided somewhat last minute to have the wedding in the family home in scotland. He’s obviously having Zane monitored, but how did he know about the wedding?
2. WE GOT NICK AND KELLY’S PROPOSAL BEFORE TY AND ZANE’S???? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME??? These last-thought a-holes are getting there own series, why couldn’t that have been put in their’s? I have yet to get on the Nick/Kelly bandwagon, so that really fucking pissed me off.
3. Also, the reasons why Zane wanted Ty to ask the “right” way were valid. They did need to get to know each other again and that just didn’t happen. At all. There was too much telling and not showing when it came to Ty and Zane in general. Don’t really read this series for the plot/case of the week, but for the emotional pull Ty and Zane give me and that was practically non-existent.
4. But I LOVED the proposal. LOVED IT LOVED IT. I wish I’d got to see Ty ~realize~ what Zane wanted. Again, by us/the reader seeing them getting to know each other again. But you buy me a fucking house and saying we can start fresh, I’d be putty in your hands for sure.
I just hope the next book ends with more than Ty and Zane being secondary characters in their own series.
