Usami has a very visceral, at times disgusting, writing style that works incredibly well for a story of something burning to the ground. It also captures the nature of the current internet climate brilliantly in written form, which I always love seeing. Funnily enough though my favourite part of the book was probably the afterword dedicated to her brother. The book has a very sympathetic gaze so it's nice seeing where that stems from.
