Imagine you're a superhero's sidekick. What would you do if your mentor died? Chances are you have no family left, or anywhere else to go. What if you couldn't even be a sidekick since you got replaced?
That's Tim's struggle in this book, and it was really fascinating seeing him cross the line into gray morality. The League of Assassins and the Council of Spiders were also very interesting. The emotional story peaked in the first few issues, but the plot really started to pick up near the end. I loved Tim Drake-Wayne, he is probably my favorite Bat-Family character.
