Kissing Hallie is like coming home. It’s like finding the sign that points to your destination after being lost for so long. Kissing Hallie is fucking everything. She is everything.

---------------------------------

Hallie is in college and still a virgin, but she has a plan to change that. But when she proposes an idea to the wrong Collins brother, her plans change but she quickly realizes that they changed for the better.

---------------------------------

Honestly, my favorite part of this book was watching Lane be soft for Hallie and nobody else. Watching him realize that she has always been an effortless friendship that slowly turned into something more without denying those feelings was fun.
Hallie was a bit different. She had a lot of people warning her about Lane and her feelings for him, which I completely understood, but it got really really repetitive and frustrating towards the end of the book. Like clearly your friend likes this guy and instead of encouraging her to say something they just kept telling her that Lane was a player and would never change and she listened, even though the Lane she had fallen for had changed for her. I just felt like her timidity eventually got to me.
I never like third act breakups but this one wasn't bad. It didn't drag on forever so I can appreciate that aspect.

Honestly I was a cute book! Not one of my favorites but a very very cute baseball romcom for anyone who is looking for one!!
