Frank was absolutely my favorite part of this story. I totally fell in love with him and think he was such a well rounded part of this novel. I also love found family stories with an eclectic cast of characters which The Lost Ticket nails.
However, I want to say the romance at the center did not feel very believable and in my opinion did not add too much to the story. I would have much preferred seeing Libby, our main character, go on her journey with friends by her side rather than a romance that felt like it just happened out of nowhere.
In addition, some characters were very one dimensional (and cliche) and some dialogue felt very clunky to read.
I loved the concept of this book and will be thinking about sweet Frank for a while. :’)
