Cameron "Cammie" Lovelock is the introverted college student who has a big time crush on Chase Lovett, hockey god. He doesn't notice her, I mean he sits on her in the class they share but finally, due to an incident in the dorm room get them sharing a hotel room and the rest is history.
I enjoyed Cammie. I loved how she knew who she was but was trying to do these other things out of comfort zone and voiced when they didn't work out.
Chase was such a SIMP. This boy was obsessed the minute he finally laid his eyes on Cammie and then when he had her...he was not gonna give that up!
I loved how these two communicate. How he was interested in what she did and she his stuff. The way he was into her fanfic was a nice little twist!!She did not know much about hockey but still supported. In a way Chase, gave her the opportunity to grow into herself more and open up.
This was a quick read! Helena always gets me laughing in her books and this was another one that did that! I don't thing I will ever not hear the word "my precious" and now thing of this book and not LOTR.
