I didn’t enjoy the sequel as much as I did the first book, but I still appreciated how the storyline continued, additional plot twists were revealed, and so many unanswered questions got closure. I’m not sure what it was about the sequel that made me lose some interest- perhaps too many plot twists, too many new and changed characters to keep track of, and just additional layers to an already complicated plot. It was worth reading, but wasn’t an extremely fulfilling conclusion for a story that I felt like had more potential.
