"I know she’s the love of my twin brother’s life, but she’ll be mine first before I’ll let her go to him. She’ll be mine first to play with, to toy with. Mine to torture and to twist in pretty little knots before I’ll let her be anyone else’s."

I just finished this book and honestly I was not expecting the amount of angst that it had. I loved Stellan so much. He was so misunderstood and I liked how Isadora really saw through him since the very first time she met him. I loved their dynamic together! I was scared that Shepherd is going to get hurt throughout all this ordeal but I'm glad that wasn't the case at all. Isadora's thoughts only involved Stellan and I also loved how protective he would get of her even though he was refuting his feelings. Stellan only had Isa's best interest at heart so he pushed her away but couldn't really let go off the pull between them. I liked Isadora and how bold and confident she was but she caused a lot of chaos that could've easily been avoided tbh. But keeping that aside, in all the books by Saffron, you can feel the fierce chemistry between the main characters ever since the beginning and this one was no different in that regard. I could feel the intense passion and angst between Stellan & Isa. I also liked seeing glimpses of some side characters especially Shepherd and Jupiter, I must say! Overall, this was a page turner for me, sometimes got cringey but was addictive too. So, if you like all of Saffron's other books, you'll likely enjoy this one too.
