Slewfoot: A Tale of Bewitchery by Brom

2.0

2.5⭐️

I wanted to like this, but I just couldn’t. Part of it is that horror is not for me, and this was more horror than I was anticipating. However, my main gripe is that the lore and backstory surrounding Sampson was never fleshed out and explained enough. It made things muddled and confusing and some elements of the story fall flat. It needed to be simplified.
