I listened to the audiobook. When you listen to the audiobook, you get to hear clips of audio recordings of Lisa Marie Presley doing interviews and talking about her life for the book. It was really cool to be able to hear Lisa Marie tell her own stories in her own words. This book was very emotional. Lisa Marie went through a lot of tragedy in her life. It's clear that she struggled with her father's death and was truly never able to get over it. Losing her son Ben was also absolutely devastating for her. She experienced a lot of loss in her life. Listening to the way Riley talked about Lisa Marie, it's clear that she was a great mother who really loved her children. This memoir was a really great insight into Lisa Marie's childhood and life.
