I honestly can't remember the last time I read a book with a hero that just knew how to talk to my heart. Rhodes had an inner monolog that made me swoon every time. He might have been reluctant at first but he knew that Rylee was his soul mate, he just had to prove it to her. Rylee was a great heroine. She was grieving the loss of her brother so I gave her credit for putting on a daily smile. But she wasn't my favorite (the kids were 1000% my favorite!). I wasn't a fan of how she kept lumping Rhodes into the same category as her ex even though he kept proving he was way better. I loved that there was no major drama with other people, just a heartfelt romance in the making. They both had enough to deal with when it came to their grief. Of course I can't forget Peyton and Gage (Rage Gage). Those two stole this story and added so many smiles and laughs to it. Mine For Yours was a great story of grief bringing two people together. I adored it.
